Wendy Fritz Mader has over 20 yrs of business expertise; by the age of 30 she was promoted to the executive level leading various functions including Human Resources, TQM, Business Processes, Public Relations, Organizational Development, and more. Her hands-on executive experience spans large and small, public and private, and global businesses. Her experience working with leaders in Asia and Europe is extensive.
Wendy earned her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and completed the Executive Programme at the prestigious INSEAD school in France. In 2001 she left Johnson Polymer, one of the Johnson Wax companies, as Vice President, Global Organizational Effectiveness to start her own business. Wendy Fritz Consulting helps leaders reach their goals through one-on-one executive coaching and executive team coaching. She is a true executive's executive coach and is a rare find in that she has hands-on executive experience herself and has coached leaders across the world for over 25 yrs. Wendy started a second business with partner Rebecca Heidepriem in 2008. Fritz Partners helps organizations execute their strategies through their people.

Rebecca Heidepriem has over 26 years of business experience in sales leadership roles where she drove results through organizational transformation and development, strategic business planning, process and performance optimization and TQM facilitation. Her executive experience spans large public companies, such as Xerox corporation, DHL express and Cisco Systems, as well as the Public Sector where she served as the Chief information officer for the State of Wisconsin.
She is a graduate of the University of Iowa, and continued her education at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard Business School. Her leadership attributes during her tenure as the CIO for the State of Wisconsin are highlighted in several Government publications, two of which are Public Sector CXO and Government Technology.
As a partner at Fritz Partners, LLC, she focuses on coaching Sales Executives to better utilize their people, processes and resources to drive greater revenue growth. Rebecca is a certified program director for Measurable Management®.

Molly Sue McDonald has over 20 years of experience combining sales, communications and marketing skills acquired over diverse organizational cultures. She has received recognition for adding value to an organization by identifying opportunities, offering leadership through strong interpersonal skills and using her creative background to enhance innovative initiatives. Her sales experience includes Xerox Corporation, Benchmark Computer Systems and Cottagewood Productions. Since 1997, Molly has provided consultation and performance services for the development and bringing to market of Vivace/SmartMusic, a highly technological and ground-breaking vocal accompaniment software program for Coda Music Technology. In 2005 she participated in the largest installation of SmartMusic in the U.S. in the Las Vegas School System.

With over 25 years in both business sales and performance consulting, Jan Atkielski has been able to assist organizations in achieving their performance goals. She has had significant success helping companies of all sizes.
Jan is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point. She is certified in numerous sales and performance programs, the most notable being, Certified Recognition and Performance Consultant -developed and conducted by Dr. George Abraham, Encore Performance Systems and "Train-the-Trainer" programs. In addition, she has worked with organizations involved with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and QIP to effectively promote structural and cultural change that led to increased profit margins.
Jan has a history of successful sales management experience, with a track record of exceeding plan, reducing costs and improving margins for both employers and clients. She is a strategic sales and marketing coach and a certified trainer for Measurable Management®. Jan resides in Florida.

Bill Harris has over 40 years of business experience. Upon graduating from college, he was offered a sales position with a well established electrical manufacturer’s representative company. His position in the organization grew until he became President and owner at 30 years of age.
He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication. Ohio University’s College of Communication has always been nationally recognized for excellence and highly regarded. His college studies convinced him of the importance of critical examination and understanding the role of communication within the process of organizing, decision making and problem solving.
