
About the Program
Measurable Management is a revolutionary vehicle for translating strategy
into action. Measurable Management is a proven program which leads to measurable
improvement of business performance resulting in cost savings, increased
productivity, improved efficiency, reduced waste, etc.
Target Audience
Measurable Management is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and first
line managers. It focuses on planning and implementing improvements
against team and organizational objectives.
Program Duration
The entire program consists of ten three hour meetings over six months.
During the first three months, meetings are held bi-weekly, and
participants work through the Measurable Management binder. During the
second three months, meetings are held monthly, and participants implement
and present the outcomes from their improvement actions.
